Summary: The 2 room suite was supposed to have three beds and it only had 2 beds and a small pull out couch. The carpet was dirty and left a residue on bare feet. We had to wear shoes in the room at all times. The pool and hot tub were dirty. The water was not clean with a lot of debris in the water. There was no ice or filtered water for the rooms. The doors to get back into the hotel from the pool did not work, locking us out. We had to call the front desk to come let us back in. They verified that our key was working and it was the door readers that were broken. The staff was friendly and helpful but did not offer anything with the lack of a bed which was what was booked and paid for.
